For what it's worth, I waited to get through to the help chat, reported it, and got the "I feel your pain. That must be frustrating. Our team is looking into it." response. I'm sure they're taught to say that to demonstrate empathy with the customer, but that doesn't work when you use it every time. It's actually a little insulting.
But that probably means we can forget about getting it.
