Finally Enjoying Madden , Until Their Automated System Banned me

I know at best I'll get a response saying I need to file an appeal ( which i have ) but EA and their system has almost taken all love for the game that I have now after multiple years of disliking the game.
I've enjoyed working the auction house on this game more than i have any year , to the point I can play the game without ever touching gameplay. I've spent plenty of money and time , neither of which i can get back and now my account is left with nothing
With the popularity of the Jaguars and Gametime theme team , a lot of Jaguars Gold Cards were spiking in price and hard to find on the Auction House. I did what i thought was smart and bought these cards when they went up for cheap and posted them for more. That is it. Didn't buy coins and didn't engage in anything against TOS. I had 6.5 million coins wiped from my account several days ago and felt defeated.
However , i still had a very good and very expensive team at the time and decided i would sell my team and just try to make coins in a safer manner to avoid the bot but still upset i even have to avoid playing the game in a fair manner because the bot system is so flawed. I made over 9.5 million coins from selling my team and decided to get off for the night. I was completely shocked to see my coins had been wiped AGAIN and i received an Auction House Ban. Not once did i receive a notification or email mind you. This was even more confusing because i didnt even sell a card for more than it usually sold for , i sold my team just under the market value on that day so there wouldnt have been a reason to think this was possible.
I have created 5 appeals , I have received 0 help and im losing hope at a resolution within a timely manner before im too far behind in the game
100s if not 1000s of other players are struggling with this problem as well and its unacceptable. The ability to find a resolution is even more unacceptable. The best chance at fixing this problem shouldnt be sending a letter for arbitration to EA HQ. This is sickening and its sad that it doesnt seem any EA Representative or Community Manager cares to help or get to the bottom of this. They'll simply tell you to file an appeal and move on .
Its time for change. I want my coins back and i want the ability to use the auction house. i just want to enjoy the game i spent money purchasing and extra supporting.

  • I already added one message to this forum and received no response or help. EA_Kent​ this needs to be addressed. There no telling how much money has been stolen from peoples pockets in the form of a false ban . If you want to have a trigger happy bot , so be it , but there has to be a way to get help. Nobody finds resolutions , they simply hope they get lucky and see their coins added to their account randomly through a customer service grant.

  • Sorry that happened to you, man. I'll be honest--I'm afraid to do ANYTHING involving the auction house, for fear I'll be wiped too. I don't know why they've taken a "guilty until proven innocent" stance, and then to make it worse, provide no opportunity to prove yourself innocent. I would think at some point they have to realize that it needs to be fixed. 

    It really should be that they have to have clear, specific, concrete evidence of violation, and be able to provide that to the player in a detailed explanation. How insulting to us that instead of "the customer is always right," their policy seems to be "the customer is a cheater." 

  • I hate to tell you guys this but the only thing you can do is just make a new account and move on, just do NOT spend money on the game anymore. All i did was work the auction house and i got coin wipes and banned. 2 appeals denied and no explanation what i did wrong. Out of all the MANY MANY MANY MANY people that have had this same problem i know of ONE person that got made whole. It took him till 3 weeks before the new game came out and he had to actually go thru arbitration which will take 45-60 days. 90% of their customer servive is automated so all you will get is the boiler plate e-mail they send everyone saying you are denied with zero explanation

  • Well it seems like many of us aren’t alone. I’ve played madden for over 10 plus years and have never done anything wrong, never been banned nor have never received an email saying my account was banned. Earlier in the day yesterday I logged onto my account for the first time in a few weeks. I grinded the hell out of the game when it came out and haven’t really had as much time until now to play again. I log on and boom over 1 million of my coins that I’ve spent probably days (sadly) in real life trying to earn, all gone. My auction house is also banned and I have no clue what to do (as this has never happened to me). I’ve tried contacting support and everything the past two days and all it has me do is wait in a queue. (That also went up in time the longer I waited) which seems a little bit broken. Anyways I also need help with this fix along with many others who seemed to have been either hacked or banned for no reason. If what’s true about bots in this game just randomly banning people, that’s just sad for the actual fans of the game like myself that have gotten back into madden this year. I really hope someone can help all of us with this same issue.

    Unless you're dropping hundreds to thousands, they won't help you get a new game and save y'all selves the time.

  • i have also played Madden since the very beginning and this has never happened until now. Un fortunately Weedwacker is right. Dont waste your time. EA will never admit that they are in the wrong and have serious problem here. They will deny, deny, deny and with zero explanation. Even if you do spend a bunch of money it wont matter, they are taking their accounts as well. The whole thing is automated. The people that could actually fix this broken system likely aren't even aware there is a problem this big. I mean every time  i come on here there is someone new this has happened to. That alone should tell EA there is problem. I mean we're not ALL cheaters LOL. Bottom line is EA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER
