MUT challenges not loading

I’ve had this problem since launch. It’s worked like 2 times where I could play challenges but ever since it would just load challenges and I’m left with a blank screen with music playing. I’ve tried everything restarts hard resetting everything I’ve tried it all but it won’t work.
