Most feared Event CPU trick or treat 400 Undercourt Avenue Key

I scored my touchdown and made the 2pt conversion and the game just stuck and the play call menu but I can’t see the plays to choose to kick the ball off. I can pause the game but after unpausing it does the same thing. This frustrating EA can’t get this game working correctly knowing so much time, money, and paying $100 dollars for a game that grinding will get you nothing and you will have to start over. I played 9 CPU games to get here and know I will have to start over because the game servers not good enough for the game to play smoothly.
