Mut 26 challenge winter wins not counting

I have played the winter wins challenge 4 times know completing it on 4 stars first time and getting 5 stars last 3 times. It never once counted any of my stars. I was playing with my friend and his didn't count either. We both completed it for the first time last night 1/6 and I have completed it twice this morning 1/7. It already screwed me out of s4 xp and I dont want to be screwed out of zero chill field pass xp or the free card im supposed to get.
