not sure if this is your issue but even if you're oc the settings you play with are based off dc in duos or hc in squads. i had a similar problem where i had pocket deadeye on my qb but could never get blue passes in duos but regular head to head was fine. my dc/hc in duos didnt have his settings on placement and accuracy he had it on the default let the ratings decide one (forgot what its called.) had him change to placement + acc and fixed it.
