No rewards in Solo Seasons: The League or The Run

Is anyone playing the solo season, The League or the Run, and not getting the packs at the end of each win? I played the 10 games, then the playoffs and Superbowl, and only got two packs. The same is...

Hey everyone, 

We appreciate the heads-up on this. When you've got the chance could you share a bit more info so we can pass it along? 

  • Which platform are you playing on? 
  • What's your PSN ID, Xbox Gamertag, Nintendo Switch Online ID, EA Account ID, or Steam ID?
  • Have you checked your unopened packs or item binder to see if anything new has popped up after seeing the blank screen?

I’m on PlayStation, PSN ID is WillTheProphet. I won the Super Bowl on Tuesday night in Solo Seasons: The League, but never got the two tokens I earned from winning the Super Bowl. I had earned 8 tokens in each of the first three weeks, but only got 6/8 in the fourth week despite winning the Super Bowl in The League and The Run. I already spoke to EA support, and they referred me to this forum in order to get my two missing tokens granted. Is there any way I could be granted the 2 tokens I’m missing from last week? Thanks for your time!
