No season 4 instant reward packs

This has got to be a joke EA. I have been through chat support three times for this issue and get told oh we’re looking into it. I purchased the season 4 pass when EA decided to screw up and release season 4 content a day too early. I initially received my packs and then when I want to open them they just disappeared and not to mention the pack I am missing is the 93 overall bound pack I received. Typical EA take your money and act like it’s the gamers fault for y’all’s mess.
