Not able to purchase the ladder packs in Madden ultimate team store

I have 20k madden points and I am trying to purchase the ladder packs for a chance at a limited player, i have tried 4 of the different ladders and everytime i try to buy a pack it kicks my off ultimate team and back to the main screen of madden 26 please help I would like to get these pack or Atleast a refund on my points feels like a scam not being able to purchase the packs I bought the points for
