not getting credit in the season 4 events pass for doing the longest winter cpu event in madden 26 they haven't updated the field pass objectives from the chilliest time of year

I’m on PS5 and my PSN ID IS CMSDMS1 and I just started getting my xp on the H2H but in the cpu event I’m in my 3rd run of the longest winter ( 26 games) and have received no xp for the games . Thank you for looking in to this as I also purchased the premium field pass so it is costing me double the rewards for leveling up.

EA_Kent you guys need to fix this immediately. Some of us wasted real money on the event pass and we’re getting nothing in return. It’s now 3 days we’ve missed out on XP.
And after 1 game of getting credit in H2H it is gone 20+ more event games no xp and I paid for premium pass so this is really getting out of hand

EA_Kent any word on this xp fix? I’ve been waiting to get credit for 15 games, 1500 xp. Still playing so i can at least get the 1000 snow for the 3rd play through. User name is Chuck on Switch 2. You have photos of the error from other players, please fix this, it just needs updated from last Thursday.
They don’t care. I’ve tried getting help on the ea chat and it’s just a bot from India that tells you to post on here.EA_Kent has been tagged in these messages days ago and chooses not to reply. Some of us spent money on the field pass and we likely won’t get compensated and it probably won’t update til Thursday when the new event drops.
