It's been over 2 days since I completed the drops for the Holiday Open Directory, but I still haven't received my packs in MUT, not even the Mark Ingram token. My accounts are linked. I've attached photos below. Please assist with this issue.
Ditto, for many of us out there. I haven't seen anything from my Twitch drop claims in 3 weeks in both Madden and College Football.
I haven't received any twitch drops when the Darren Waller till now. I've reached out and they are saying the same stuff that they are looking into it. It's frustrating how EA can't get it right every yr.
have the same issue on xbox series X not CUT or Mut drops since early November
I've contacted ea support so many times and they all say the same thing that many players are facing the same issue and they are working on fixing it. I didn't receive drake London or mark Ingram but I got the tokens from watching the streams ea needs to get it together it's like brought Madden for 100$ dollars but not getting what I paid for not to mention the amount I spend on in game packs
