Oct 9, 2025 Still haven’t received my S1 H2H Ranked Rewards

This is so unfair and unacceptable that I have contacted EA over and over again for the past 9 days and nothing is being done about this issue. I am still being told to wait for the EA team to resolve this issue, while I see other gamers online using there ranked rewards players. It’s frustrating how we spend so much time and money on this game and they can’t even keep a promise to fix and issue like this. Who do we call or contact to resolve this because EA help is no help at all.
