I opened the Weekly Heroes Fantasy pack today and pulled 2 Lindenbergs I put one on the market and the other card disappeared from my inventory. I tried reloading the game and still did not see the card in my binder. Currently playing on PC

I recently logged on this morning around 6am CST with a coin balance of around 1.65 million coins. Had a game update , logged back on to 0 coins. This is ridiculous that I’ve spent 100’s of dollars for my in game content to just disappear. When I contacted EA support they said it looks like your coins were spent. Like???????????
After levelling up my season 1 premium pass to level 22 and 23 I received my items, but when I confirmed, I received an error message that kicked me out of the EA servers. When I logged back in, my packs and other items had disappeared. I tried restarting the game, the console, I tried waiting an hour then restarting. Where are my packs and items and how do I get them back?
Have been playing for like the last week haven't gotten this pack but have all the tokens
I didn’t receive the preseason standout welcome pack ( the one with Quentin Johnston or Deion Jones) or the Campus Heroes (the one with Jake Long or Manti Te’O)
I am still missing the xp cross over token from college football
