Re: Where is my Season 8 Premium Field Pass?

Loaded onto Madden 26 and bought $15 worth of madden points, went and bought the field pass and then just didn't receive it. Reloaded the game, restarted my console, restored licenses, still nothing. I contact EA support and they tell me to wait 24 hours for content I PAID FOR. This is abysmal from such a HUGE game company to have huge issues like this. I expect fair compensation for this and a quick fix.
