Playoff H2H event NO REWARD

Question

I won the playoff h2h event Super Bowl a week ago and still have not received my reward for winning. I’ve talked to 5 EA reps that tell me the company is aware of the issue but it’s been 7 days and they haven’t made a single post about it and every rep just tells me the “game team” is working on it. Not sure what’s so difficult about giving people who grind out a PvP H2H event the reward for winning the Super Bowl. I’ve contacted them on X too and haven’t received an answer. FIX THIS EA SPORTS

This exact thing is happening to me they are saying it’s “The top priority” like obviously not, I’ve talked to them so many times to receive my token and im still getting nothing, EA needs to fix their game.

Bro they used that same “top priority” bs with me too. I was “top priority” 6 days ago. They have no intention of doing anything.. it’s sad man!
