Presents Glitched

I decided after getting my Christmas bonus to get a few of the larger present packs in the store and try my luck and see if I got anything to boost my team up. It seemed like it was going well, I had a Jolly Comet and a Black and Gold waiting to open and had one more Extra Large Present to open and then I was gonna open all 3 and see what I got. I went to open my last Extra Large Present and the server timed out and said “This action can not be completed at this time” or something close to that and booted me to the main menu and I couldn’t get the error message to go away so I closed the game. When I restarted the game and opened Ultimate Team, all 3 of them were gone, I had no unopened packs and no new players in my binder. Feeling a bit robbed for sure lol. But also incredibly unsurprised because this game and their servers crash all the time
