Ranked rewards not showing up

My ranked rewards from season 3 never showed up in my account and it’s already been 3 days and nothings been in my binder , I’ve already claimed the pack and started the new season but haven’t gotten anything, I contacted ea support and they didn’t really offer me a solution, does anyone know a workaround ?

I had the player pack reward show up but it didn't contain the badge nor the banner. I want ALL of my rewards! I earned it!

Same here I’ve not received my rewards even though I’ve had my accounts linked and did the time requirements and claimed them all I want is to get my packs and mark ingram
