Rewards delete after error code

I bought the zero chill premium field pass yesterday because i realized i was max level for it and it was worth it after the purchase im going through and opening my rewards and i got error coded 3 different times while opening my rewards i just paid for and after every error coded it would send me to the main menu where I can’t click anything so i have to restart my game and when i restart the game and go back in to ultimate team my rewards were gone and i know exactly what rewards are missing what can be done? I also have it happening on video but file size is to big
