Season 4 Events Pass Tracking Progress for Wrong Event

I purchased premium field pass for season 4 events. Objectives are still on the first zero chill cpu event. It never changed with the events on Thursday 12/11. So basically I was sold a field pass that is worthless and not useable. I’ve lost 3 days on it so far. Spoke to a couple of the ea bots on their help chat and they were no help. Then they closed the case right away when the chat ended.
