Server issues

For some reason (not sure who else is affected) the server constantly crashes/ log out/ or if you bought a pack and the server crashes you lose any cards you haven’t flipped over. It happens every 30sec to 3 minutes once the game is relaunched. It’s ridiculous! What will EA do to make it right. People bought a game they can’t even play.
