Still have my auction house locked.

I was banned last week for selling 78 gametime players for that they were going for. I’ve had an appeal case sent to EA for 4 days now. Still waiting for a response but when I go look at my penalty history, it says I have no history but yet I can access the auction house. Why isn’t there a warning or something like that. If they think k broke a rule, why can’t I get like a week ban then if I keep breaking the “rule” the ban gets worse until it’s permanent. I just don’t understand, these EA “bots” will just comment on this post and say send an appeal but I don’t have a penalty on my EA account based on their website. It’s frustrating
