Still missing pre-order content after over a week of playing
I am missing all of my pre-order content except the rookie sensations. I’ve contacted Playstation and all of their methods haven’t worked. This is absolutely absurd.

You will not be receiving it.
EA is just closing tickets as "resolved" and if you get a live agent (who can barely formulate a sentence in broken English) they will blame PlayStation or Xbox and say they are liable. They are refusing to acknowledge or address this widespread issue.
You can either sit there and take it or you can initiate a charge back on your credit card.
