I was also assigned an EA help.specialist who responded twice before completely ghosting me the last week. Incredibly frustrating.
Wow, so im assuming thats protocol. Neel literally responsed twice and I havent heard back since. I continue to reply on our email thread with no response. JonDarkness I recommend also opening up a case with the BBB. No way they can Ignore them as well right?
