STILL WAITING EA!!

I came and posted the other day about the problem I had with the zero chill event the last 2 weeks. I had purchased a total of 3 tokens to play the event. I had 2 (teir 2) tokens and 1 (Teir3). I submitted a token for Teir 2 and win the game and it didn’t count my win and didn’t give me any snow and started me over at teir 1 and took my token. I submitted me other teir 2 token and teir 3 and samething happened a week later with nothing given and I couldn’t play event anymore and earned nothing. My goal was to get snow and try to get the player at the end and couldn’t do either. To compensate my loss I spent real money on other things in store thinking EA would fix or something for this error. I’ve contamcted the support chat numerous of times and was told to wait patiently in which I have and nothing has been done and now the events are over. My gauntlet token was taken slso after playing 1 game I got kicked out. I thought u plsyed 10 games on that. Today marks 2 weeks without an update. I was told to come here and post my situation and have many cases open because I’ve waited and spent money and currency and got nothing from it. I’ve just been givin the run around and support says there’s no time period at all they can give me and it’s been 2 weeks already and wasn’t able to use the things I bought or earned at all. I’m trying to get a update on my situation and bring it to your attention be ause I’ve did everything and patiently waited and submitted my name and system ect and still nothing.
