Watched the wjole thing even started early to see the cards at 1530 Mt. Enjoyed the game's, great finals between henry and beast. But how do we get credit now since it was bugged? I also watched the entire thing, got stuck at 3% progess. The tracking didnt start until late in the stream as well 🤦♂️

I was also on the entire time. as soon as i saw it pop up on my game that there was a drop happening, I linked all my accounts and followed their twitch channel. everything was set up properly and i triple checked. i didn’t even notice it wasn’t tracking until a lot later. and when i would ask for my watch time it would continue to say “0 seconds”.
Mine didnt work either. I think that nobody got the drops.
I too watched from start to finish, nothing worked for me. This is odd bc my drops always worked for last 3 years with no issues. Please make this right for us all.
i watched the whole thing on 2 accounts on my phone and pc this didnt count nothing i hope they just give us the card or something

I watched for 2 and a half hours… no drops… no progress tracking… I stayed on that long hoping it would start working but it never did… hopefully there will be a make right or something
Same thing happened to me too. I was so excited to get the card and watch the tournament. I hope we all still get the card.
I show only 1% of the card, but it registered some time so that should be proof we were linked properly. Im hoping EA just looks at the drop progress and automatically gives it to us. Maybe a bonus for the stress too. I watched the whole thing hoping it would change, but no luck

Same been waiting, even contacted support and they said the teams working on it.
I watched it as well including the Most Feared promo starting at 5:30PM.... This shouldn't be that hard for EA to correct given the 40K gamers who watched that stream last night to get the reward. The advertisers still paid EA, they should reward those of us who were online watching and have our Twitch drops setup.... They have to do this or this will be a massive issue for them moving forward. And the announcers kept saying this free player is the best defensive player in the game... Do the right thing EA...
