Twitch Drop Kyle Hamilton
I claimed two packs and a Kyle Hamilton from the MCS twitch event but only got the packs? Who do I contact about this and has anyone else had this problem?

I have the same issue and I received two promotional packs after that twitch drop without issue they came after the EA server season 2 update.
