Same here. Even unlinked and relinked account. Claimed 3 more new drops and nothing. Missing drops since the Madrid. Very frustrating. I see a lot of people having this issue and getting no response from EA
I would've been fine with unlinking and relinking, but for the site is reporting that I can't unlink until next May. I have no idea why, I've used the same Twitch connection for the past 8 years.
