Twitch Drops Haven't worked since Madrid MCS

I haven't received any Twitch drops since the Madrid MCS last month. I'm missing multiple packs, the Ingram upgrade, and the Waller MCS card. Already filed two support tickets, and all they've told me is that the devs are "looking into it", but without any kind of timeline on what's gone wrong or when it will be fixed.

I've been getting drops from the streams for the past 8 seasons without any issues before now. No idea why it started now but it's extremely frustrating and I'd sure like some indication that EA actually cares about how it's impacting their customers.

still nothing but the random 3 low ovr packs from customer service grant. watched for 4 hours today, claimed them, but still no regular drops, nor the ingram pack or token. @EA anybody there?

I have been receiving 3-6 packs daily now. Just normal twitch drops. Haven't received tokens or MCS players yet.

It took a while to get them all, but all my Madden drops have shown up, including Waller, London, and the Ingram tokens. My CUT drops are still trickling in, because I only bought the game recently but had been claiming drops since the beginning of this year's cycle..

Wow, finally it seems that the drops are coming in bit by bit in three packs. However, via customer grant, and maybe not via fix. Also got Waller now :) Thx @EA

I have been receiving drops everyday until saturday evening. Got both MCS. Got 2 Ingram tokens. Got a bunch of regular twitch drops.
