Ultimate Team Squads Kicking Us to Main Menu

For the last 3 weeks or so, when my buddy and I try to play squads, it instantly joins matchmaking, then kicks us both to the main menu, saying that there is a "server error". We've played UT Squads ...

UPDATE - FIXED
We removed every card from our lineups, then put them all back in, and it worked. Insane that was the fix, but there were people mentioning issues with cards in other game crashes. Hope this helps someone else.

ApxSkilzxPumpz Hey!

So technically, it still should be yes. It is the same concept as generating a new lineup without any special players or players with upgraded abilities. Just did it the long way. Once the game syncs and updates, it should show no errors when you place them back in the lineup.
