Unable to open challenge menu MUT

A few friends got me to install the game to play ultimate team, I loved nba2k22’s ultimate team so I was like “sure” even tho footballs not my cup of tea but I open up the challenge menu in order to play the game and it loads for 2 seconds and says “loading madden profile” then gets stuck on the empty background, I’ve restarted the game several times, restarted my Xbox, generated a new lineup, cleared the cache, deleted local saved game data, tried opening from the field pass, nothing has worked in about to say screw it and uninstall
