Unreal Campaign Reward Bugged

So I did the Unreal campaign and came in 2nd place. Today I went to open my reward and when I did my game froze so I had to restart it and when I did the reward was no where to be seen. I got a QS token in my binder Im assuming that is from the campaign. Is there a make right for this?
