It's been over a month and I still never received my drops from watching Madden on twitch. They say they fixed it but I've seen no content.
All of mine eventually showed up, 3 packs at a time, in both Madden and College Football. You might want to reach out to Support again to have them check your EA and Twitch IDs to make sure that they are linked correctly or investigate it deeper.
