I’ve waited over a month and just didn’t get my event player after winning Super Bowl event and adds to a list of 3 things and nobody has does anything g or even responded. Your help chat is not even real people and has gave everybody the sane response and no progress at all has been made. You don’t even respond back to these post at all this is like my 7th. We are wasting time obviously in game and money and missing content and you guys are just giving g is the run around from bots not real people. Simple questions u ask in chat makes it obvious they are bots and always transfer me over with sane response with next agent. WE NEEDS ANSWERS!!
