What are your thoughts on MUT Epic Solo Challenges?

I've just completed the available challenges of the MUT Epic Solo Challenges. In principle I like the idea of challenging Solos and for me (in terms of my Madden skills) and my lineup strength they have been challenging. But there are two reasons I'm wondering how other players think about these challenges:

  • first, for me it was quite frustrating whenever I had to repeat one of the challenges multiple times because there was just one bad or unlucky play. Every failed trial was worth nothing because to receive rewards would have required to win the challenge. I did not even get any progress towards the Field Pass objectives because I already collected all yards, TDs, tackles etc. for the Field Pass stats goals... And after completing the challenges hours later I was a bit disappointed what I got from the rewarded packs.
  • second, but as a consequence from my first point, I started thinking of how to trick the CPU to accelerate finishing the challenges so that the time invested was at least somewhat worthwhile. That's something I really do not like because instead of enjoying the game with all its potential I started focusing on the weaknesses of how the game is programmed and how I could exploit it to my benefit. I guess that was not the idea of these challenges, and it was no fun for me either.

What do you think?

What I'd like to see changed in order to increase the fun of playing these difficult challenges?

I'd prefer to receive some small rewards for "trying" (in terms of XPs for the Field Pass for instance, or maybe coins or packs; i.e. something you can use to improve your lineup even if you fail to complete the challenge itself) and some type of trophy / medal for "successfully completing" the challenges. I posted recently about my thoughts and how to improve the fun of playing the game ([Suggestion] Rewards (for Lineup improvements) vs. Achievements | EA Forums - 12458208). I'd be very interested in other players thoughts on my suggestion.

I also posted two other ideas on how I think MUT could be made more fun by rewarding not only winning but also versatile play, thereby motivating players to try out and learn the full range of possibilities the game has to offer.

I'd guess and hope that these suggestions would also improve to fun of playing very challenging games like the MUT Epic Solo Challenges.
