Where's my reward?

I completed 20 games in the Sugar Rush: Air Raid CPU event and I didn't receive the Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie card that I am owed. Whats going on EA?

already opened a ticket and the ea team claims to be in the process of fixing

Played two runs (20 games) of the cpu sugar rush event and did not receive the player reward (Dominique Rodgers) it took forever to do and for no reason can I please have my reward Madden?
