The team is still aware of players showing as "undefined" on their rank and stats. We are currently investigating this issue. It's more of a display issue than anything else. It's kind of annoying, yes, but hopefully, it will get updated soon and start showing your actual ranks and stats.

Have been checking every day for the past 3 weeks and my record is still undefined, please fix this
Any updates on this yet? It was broken for most of last year’s game too.
Why even lie like this😭 6 months later still not resolved. This is an issue people have been having for YEARS on end. So much ridiculously simple issues in this game that can’t require more than 2 brain cells to fix yet nothing changes.
