Why is my record undefined on Madden NFL 26 Ultimate Team

Another year of not know my record on madden nfl 26 ultimate team all it says is undefined i just wanna see how many losses and wins i got in my leaderboard , plus i didn't get my rookie premier play...

Idk what it is with ea but for some reason I cant run duos on mut we load in and it just kicks us out I run d he runs o and it won't work but if we switch it works this game is afwul
