X-Factor Powers aren't powerful

None of my x-factors work unless I'm playing on easy.  My 99 upgraded Jeremy shockey with the "starts in the zone Yac em up" power, constantly gets tackled by sub 95 CB's right after the catch.   And my Truzz powered Eric Dickerson fumbled the ball the other day on a hit from a DB.  Other Examples include DL with Unstoppable talents that are useless against sub 97 OL.   Its like the X factors are meaningless in all pro or all madden
