Zero Chill Cpu event crash EA no help

This is the second promo I have played through the boring **bleep** cpu event to get a card first autum classic played 10 games crashed on last Re did it nothin contacted ea they told me to clear my notifications and restart never for card. Here we are zero chill power through 10 games on 10th game same issue again ea no help only this time in my opinion the card is a must have as LS position with x3 chems to any team I want my card everyone else who has done this wants there card not that hard to give us a free card you can hand out a free team to any popular streamer you want but not help the regular people who play
