Zero Chill CPU event solos reward issue

I completed and won all 10 of the ZC: The Chilliest Time of the Year and didn't receive 88 overall MUT 26 Zero Chill CPU Event Hero but an auctionable card

Just completed and did not get the 88 overall either. I just got a pack with an 83 in it. What gives man it's been almost a week and they haven't fixed this!?
