EA PLAY TRIAL ERROR XBOX

I’m having an issue with an EA Play trial message. Whenever I try to launch the game, I get this error message:

 

                               “EA PLAY TRIAL”
”this trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it. Please sign back into that account and restart the game to continue your progress”

 

I’m signed into the account that downloaded the game, but I’m still getting this message and can’t continue.

 

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, were you able to fix it? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

    Same here! The trial error was never fixed for me but I could go past it by pressing launch game. Now there’s not even an option to click.  I got in contact with EA support when CFB dropped to fix and none of their suggestions helped. 

    Really hoping it gets fixed permanently this time. Extremely tired of this.
