Trick or Treat CPU Event Level 4 Crashes on Launch

I’m having an issue with the Most Feared CPU event in Madden 27. I won a game, and when I tried to start the next one, it said EA was still processing my previous game and to wait about a minute.

I backed out to upgrade one of my Season 3 players and open some packs. When I came back, I kept getting this error:

“Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”

Now I can’t get back into the event at all. I’ve restarted the game and my PS5 multiple times, tried changing my lineup, and tried the other troubleshooting suggestions. Nothing has worked.

Everything was working fine until I got that processing message, so I’m wondering if my event is stuck on EA’s end.

Is there any way someone can look into this and fix it? I’d really like to finish the event without losing my progress.

I believe problem started 10/22/2026

Whenever I try to play most feared trick or treat CPU events level 3 #150 I get kicked to the main menu with the error message “Our servers cannot process your requests at this time. Please try again later.”

I have tried removing all most feared and EVO cards from my lineup but I still get the same error when I try to play most feared level 3 #150

this has made it really hard for me to grind candies as I don’t play h2h game modes so maybe a make right would be appreciated but I’d be grateful for it just being fixed swiftly

thank you in advance!

Precisely the same thing others have mentioned.  I'm stuck on Level 4 of the CPU Event.  Upon placing the key into Level 4, I got the "Our servers cannot process..." error message, and now continue to get the same message every time I try to "Continue."  This initially happened to me yesterday, 11‐24, around midnight.

I've tried removing all of the Most Feared EVO items not only from my lineup, but from the cards as well, costing me a bit of training.

Thanks for acknowledging this.

Server error

when I attempt to play the most feared trick or treat CPU event level 4, I got kicked to the main menu with a message "our servers cannot process your request at this time. please try again later". This kicks me completely out of ultimate team.

I haven't had any issues editing or viewing my lineup and I have removed EVOs and most feared cards. Nothing lets me access level 4.

Thank you in advance! Would love if there was some kind of make-right for this issue, as I have lost opportunity in a limited time event to earn candy and the Terry mclaurin most feared card

Removed all upgraded MF cards still unplayable.
The bug for me is Level 3 125 and I now have 2 keys to thatarea.

after attempting to enter Level 3 125 simply moves me to the title screen and says "The servers can’t complete the request try again later. "

This leaves me stuck as a non H2H player as I prefer to play cpu events  and grind challenges to improve my team

Killed my candy momentum I had as well so maybe a little reward or make right would be nice but as it’s fixed soon who am I to complain.

Please fix it soon is all I can ask. Have a great day.

The bug for me is Level 3 100 and I now have 4 keys to said area.

after attempting to enter Level 3 100 simply moves me to the title screen and says The servers can’t complete the request try again later.

This leaves me completely halted as a non head2head player as I prefer to play cpu events  and grind challenges to simply better my team.

UPDATE 10/25/2026 — Requested Troubleshooting Completed / Issue Persists

EA_Shepard, thank you for acknowledging and investigating this issue.

I completed your recommended troubleshooting on Xbox Series X.

1. Removed ALL Most Feared player content from my Ultimate Team lineup.
2. I have NEVER used Season EVO.
3. Attempted to launch Most Feared Trick or Treat Level 4 again.
4. Received the exact same server error: “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”

The issue persists even with all Most Feared content removed.

Original incident: October 22, 2026, approximately 1:30 PM ET.

Affected event: Lv4 FINAL: Abyssal Parkway #1988.

Platform: Xbox Series X

EA Support Cases:

• #257297310
• #257255992

These cases contain my account information, previous troubleshooting, screenshots, and technical reports.

I have also previously restarted the event, replayed the earlier levels, and earned another Level 4 entry. The same failure returned.

All other Ultimate Team content continues to function normally.

Can the Madden development team reference my existing EA Support cases to obtain the account information and troubleshooting history needed for further investigation?

If additional account identifiers are required, I would be happy to provide them through a private message.

With Week 2 ending October 29, I would greatly appreciate any further assistance or updates on the investigation.

Thank you.

Hey, folks

Thanks for all the info. When you get a chance, please check first if you have any upgraded Most Feared content in your roster or EVO, remove them, replace them and test it.

• What type of issue do you have? Crash, disconnect, dashboard, server error
• Summarize your bug as specifically as you can: When I attempt to play the (event/mode/match, etc.).....The game will.....
• In which mode has this happened in?

TO ALL AFFECTED PLAYERS — PLEASE HELP GET EA’S ATTENTION

If you’re experiencing this issue, please take the following actions:

1. VOTE/LIKE this original bug report. Help demonstrate how many players are affected.
2. COMMENT with your platform (Xbox/PlayStation), affected event level, and exact error. This will help document the extent of the problem.
3. CONTACT EA SUPPORT and open your own technical support case. Explain that the Most Feared Trick or Treat CPU Event is inaccessible and reference this bug report. Request that your issue be documented and forwarded to the Madden development team.
4. SHARE your EA Support case number here, if you’re comfortable doing so, along with any meaningful updates you receive.

Commenting alone may not be enough. We need EA to recognize that multiple players across different platforms are experiencing a progression-blocking defect.
