Being asked to reset my password

Product: Madden NFL 21
Platform:Xbox Series S
Which console generation do you have? Microsoft Xbox Series S
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Ellz1877
Date/time issue occurred 4/17/21. 10:15pm
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Play Now
Summarize your bug I turn the game on, and I'm being asked to reset my password. I can log into my ea account with no problem online, with existing password. Also a message say the "Madden21 trail " game is over. I downloaded the game with my Ultimate game pass.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk
What happens when the bug occurs? Aim asked to reset password and being told Madden21 trial is over.
What do you expect to see? The game to play

    After contacting ea.help, via live chat, I was able to reset password and play

    @diablucifester 

    Thanks for getting back to me. That's really odd. You obviously shouldn't be needing to reset your password so often. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.

    @diablucifester 

    Are you sure you're logging into the right account? I'm not seeing Madden 21 as ever having been played on the one you're posting with. There's also no Xbox gamertag linked to it. If you keep changing the password for the wrong account, I can see why this would still be coming up.

    then i don't know what account it has me under. as you see in the screenshot, it already has an account attached to my xbox gamertag (devalex11), So which one it is, i have no idea. when i check my ea account, everything looks correct, so i don't know why it wouldn't be the same. my phone wont recognize the qr code to make it easy, and the web address took me to eahelp. I only have used my one email for decades.

    I reset my password on this site, but on the game it still pulls up the faulty QR code
