Being asked to reset my password

Product: Madden NFL 21
Platform:Xbox Series S
Which console generation do you have? Microsoft Xbox Series S
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Ellz1877
Date/time issue occurred 4/17/21. 10:15pm
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Play Now
Summarize your bug I turn the game on, and I'm being asked to reset my password. I can log into my ea account with no problem online, with existing password. Also a message say the "Madden21 trail " game is over. I downloaded the game with my Ultimate game pass.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk
What happens when the bug occurs? Aim asked to reset password and being told Madden21 trial is over.
What do you expect to see? The game to play

    After contacting ea.help, via live chat, I was able to reset password and play

    The error you're receiving is asking you to reset the password. Can you try that please and let me know if it resolves this?

    I have been having this same password request issue. I have changed my password several times, even on origin.com, and the issue continues to happen. Extremely frustrating when you have a long standing account and have to constantly change your password for nothing.

    How frequently is this happening? Also, do you have two factor authentication enabled?

    This happens every time I start Madden 21, it will also happen again if i play franchise, but i can skip it and play offline. It will not skip it to be able to play online or face of the franchise modes. I do have 2-factor authentication, but i only set it up on the day of my comment, so it was done after this issue had been happening.

    Do you happen to be playing through a VPN? Also, I assume it's still occurring after enabling two factor authentication?
