We're still looking into this and working to gather more info. This error can pop up in a few different places, so we've been trying to narrow down where exactly it's happening for everyone. To help us with our investigations, we've got a few questions for those of you who are still getting this error:
- Do you get this error when you're trying to enter MUT from the main menu?
- Does it happen when you're trying to play Solo Battles?
- Does it happen when you're trying to play Challenges?
- Does it happen when you're trying to play H2H Seasons?
- Does it happen when you're trying to play H2H House Rules?
- Does it happen when you're trying to play H2H Squad Seasons?
- Does it happen when you're trying to play H2H All-Madden Seasons?
- Does it happen when you're trying to play MUT Draft?
- Does it happen when you're trying to Play a Friend?
If you're able to answer the questions above that would be really helpful.
