Can’t Open My Unopened Packs

Summarize your bug Every single time I try to open my unopened packs it says “we cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” I have 1400 80-81 OVR packs just basically gone from existence now. 9 million coins, poof gone. Can never access my packs again. This has happened to people in recent years and it was never fixed I was unaware until now. I just want my stuff. I don’t know what the pack limit is but even if it’s 1000 packs can’t someone just delete 400 of mine and I’ll gladly take my L and move on? I’ve spent hundreds of hours and dollars on this game and to have it all taken from me like this is unacceptable anybody got any tips? If someone from EA sees this I 100% consent to deleting a couple hundred of my packs if that’s a way to fix it. I will take the L and not ever mention it again. 100% consent to that.
