Community AdminHow long ago did you contact them and on what date did you originally get an email from them regarding this action? The team is currently experiencing higher than usual volume due to some recent actions on accounts, so while throughout the year they average a turnaround time of 5 +/- business days, right now it may take a little bit longer than that based off what we've been seeing from other players.

I never got an email that I got banned or suspended. And I contacted ea help and they said they escalated it to the TOS it’s been 4 days now I think. No reply and I’ve been blocked from auction house and can’t sell my players, but I can play head to head the game so might be temporary thing
