worst customer support in history

you: my ea access is not working for madden 17

you: it will not let me play the game just gives me error code says to wait till release date. there is no option for trial on my xbox
Guru: I would like to inform you that the EA Access is only controlled by Xbox, so I would request you to please contact Microsoft support so that they can fix this issue on the real time.

you: there is usually maybe a code of some sort or something. it is not giving me an option to even play the trial. so i paid for a service i can not even use

- Wow!!! I'm having the same issue. I keep seeing the message I must wait for release. I go through EA access and choose madden 17 then choose game details. I see an option for play and every time I press play is says wait.
- Anonymous9 years agoI was hitting ea access on twitter and they ignored me all day. Worst customer support yall dont care in my opinion we deserve compensation for this madness and misleading info

@516Royalty @randallc @kamm2424 @fournallen - Are you having troubles downloading or actually getting into the game?
There was an issue with access for some people but if you go to EA Access itself now the tile may still say "coming soon" but when you click on that it'll take you to the store to download the game.

- No still not working. You guys punished those people who pre ordered and pre downloaded their games. Makes sense from EA, thanks for stealing my money
- To make it worse your support and handling of the matter is absolutely ridiculous. No help or information what so ever. Just have to pray it's fixed with time or response is to wait. This is a product we paid for and can not use.

@kamm2424 - I know it's frustrating not to be able to get into a game, especially around an early access period - we are working on it.
Can I just confirm - are you not able to download or not able to get into the game? What's the error message you're getting?

- @EA_Andy I am having the same issue. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried changing time zones on my Xbox, but for some reason it still won't work. Very disappointing, some of my friends that bought the game and EA Access way later than I did are online playing it now. Doesn't seem right
Not an error message, just says
"You're too early
We know you really want to get started, but you'll have to wait a bit longer. Check the store for the launch date" - I am not able to play the game. I was able to download it a while ago, but even though I have EA Access it still won't let me play. Same issues Kamm is having
