Cannot sign with the EA Server/Frozen game on PS4 because of a "Blocked scene"

Sorry for my bad English, but i have a problem with my Madden21 on PS4 and i don`t found a answer for this problem. I`m try to explain as good as I can.

I cannot loggin with my EA-Account to the server! Every time i want to connect, my PS4 goes to an "Blocked scene" mode and the background becomes darker. As soon as i seen this ps4-message and this dark window, the game "freeze" and my PS4 gets pretty loud (which doesn't have to be part of the problem, it`s just a ps4-effect for connecting with the network....). I think in this blocked screen, I have to accept some licence agreement or something else, to get the permission to play online. But like written, I can wait a long time and nothing happens....

The only solution to de-freeze the game it`s to disconnect with my Internet in the menu of the ps4. As soon as I am no longer connected to the Internet, the "blocked scene" is canceled and i get a ea-message, that i have to be connected with the network to join the ea-server.

This happens every time, it does not matter if i`m connected with my Internet at the start of the game (and loading the game until "flipping the coin" is shown) or not because i was not connected with my psn-account oder the Internet at the start of the game, so I could to sign my R1 or via settings this at the game menu.

Like above written, i think my problem has to be related to what is going on in this "blocked scene". Can you tell me, what happens in this scene? Is there a option to sign the agreement or something else on a another way? If not, what can i do to fix the problem?

I didn`t play the trial by ea-play, my last madden was madden16 (and a demo of madden17). I bought a disk-version of the game. I have the oldest model of the PS4 (non PS4-Slim or PS-Pro), my system software is up to date, i have the newest update from the game, it is my primary console, I did`t Game Sharing, my EA Account is already connecting with my PSN ID - i think you cannot tell, that I didn*t read some other topics to solve this problem....

This things i already tried without success:

• De-Install and Re-Install the game.
• Restart the ps4, also with pull of the cable
• Reboot the router
• Changing my ea-password
• Change the connection to network from Wifi to LAN (and the other way around)
• Try to play and connect with a another PSN ID and a another EA Account
• Changing my ea-password

If you need some information, don`t hesitate to contact me. But please find a solution, because playing only offline without the opportunity to play someday online or to get the newest roster etc. is not a option.
