Yea after 26 hours, my issue is still present. was told by support yesterday to contact them again if my issue was still present after 24 hours. So I did so, but no fix yet unfortunately.

EA Staff (Retired)@KDot01 Thanks for this update, my recommendation would have been to speak with them. Have they gotten back about getting the XP to you or if we need to wait?
At this moment, they've basically told me to keep waiting, they haven't mentioned giving me the xp yet it seems
we have spoken to support they will not support us we lost 80 percent of the game and no one is helping us we do not have access to the game for head 2 head
we do not have access to online play
we do not have access to the field pass
we do not have access to multiple challenges
we do not have access to competition challenges
we do not have access to a refund
we do not have access to support and we are emotionally being drained by your teams. They will not respond to us and they will not help us. We the community do not have any support for any issue that's been on going for 4 months. it's observed on Xbox and play station with multiple threads open.
we do not receive any level above level 1
we do not gain any xp either. there is no work around and xp is invalid and locked.
Please fix mine too
